Location

Rosa: These shielded foes' best location is the Salgin Residential Area. Another decent place to hunt them is after the first Transporter take a left (dead end). They can also be found between the waterway and Item Shop teleporters in Salgin proper, where they can pop up in pairs or groups of four.
